10 Effective Home Remedies For Body Acne

Baking soda is a quick and easy home reedy to fight body or back acne. It can be used as a mild exfoliant replacement, working to remove dead skin and dirt. Baking soda also has anti-inflammatory properties, meaning it will help reduce redness and swelling associated with acne.

Additionally, baking soda is also an antiseptic, and – as it is a ‘soda’ – can help to regulate the pH levels of the skin, thereby speeding the healing process. Simply mix a couple of spoonfuls of baking soda with water and use it as a scrub.
