Basil leaves are a helpful natural home remedy for the warts. Basil has the tendency to kill viruses. Warts, caused by virus, are wiped out by the basil leaves.

Take fresh basil leaves and crush them. Then tape the leaves on the wart with the help of a bandage. Repeat this process for around two weeks.

#5. Garlic

One of the oldest and the most effective natural remedy for warts is garlic. Garlic is antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal. These properties are enough to treat a wart.

Apply garlic oil with a Q-tip on the wart. Cover the wart with a bandage if you think the oil will come off. You can apply fresh garlic paste as well.


#6. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is the superstar of the natural home remedies. Along with other problem, it cures warts as well. Apple cider vinegar is not particularly antiviral but the high acid content kills the wart and the wart is stripped off the skin.

Soak a cotton ball or a Q-tip in apple cider vinegar and dab it on the wart. Then cover the wart with a bandage. After some days, the wart will come off. Do not try to remove the wart yourself because its core will remain on the skin and might grow again.

The main component of aspirin is Salicylic Acid. Salicylic Acid eradicates the wart and it practically falls off. Crush a tablet of aspirin and add a few drops of water to make a paste. Apply it on the wart and cover it with a bandage. Leave it overnight.
