10 Health Benefits Of Pears

Pears are all seasonal fruits with high nutritional value. They are also loaded with many useful vitamins, chemicals and minerals.

Always eat fresh and ripe pears. Pears can be stored in a fridge to maintain its freshness for a few days. For preparing pear juice always choose pears which are just ripe. Over ripe pears are not suitable for preparing juice.
