10 Health Benefits Of Lychee

Lychee or litchi is a fruit tree grown in subtropical climate. It is native to China. It smells like a flower and therefore is used to flavor cocktails and other dishes. The unique sweet smell lasts only as long as it is fresh. It has been cultivated for several thousands of years in China. It is considered a delicacy.

Lychee is a soft and pulpy fruit. The pulp is either white or in some varieties it is pink. The fruit is loaded with nutrients and derives a lot of medical properties from them. The vitamins and minerals in lychee include vitamin C, vitamin B6, niacin, folate, riboflavin.
