10 Best Home Remedies For Mushroom Allergy

Mushroom allergies are caused when the interiors of mushroom is not cleaned properly. It can also happen due to exposure to spores and moulds. This is also attributed to lack of cleaning of the dark interiors of mushrooms. The moulds and spores present in the air can also cause allergies.

#1. Calamine Lotion

When you have an allergic reaction to mushroom, the first natural remedy is to avoid contact with mushroom in any form. If the allergy manifests itself in the form of itching then it can be treated by applying calamine lotion. It would also be better to take some over the counter antihistamines.

#2. Oatmeal

Add two cups of oatmeal to a warm bath and soak for soak for a while. This will sooth the itching sensation and provides relief from itching. This natural home remedy is also for allergic reaction in the form of itching.

#6. Beet, Carrot & Cucumber

Mix carrot juice with cucumber juice and beet juice, approximately in the ratio of 3:1:1. Drink this healthy drink at least once a day. This mixture is highly beneficial in treating allergies. Prepare saline solution by dissolving some salt is a glass of distilled water and a pinch of baking soda. Use a dropper and put one or two drops of this solution into the nostril, one nostril at a time.
