When you have an allergic reaction to mushroom, the first natural remedy is to avoid contact with mushroom in any form. If the allergy manifests itself in the form of itching then it can be treated by applying calamine lotion. It would also be better to take some over the counter antihistamines.

Prepare saline solution by dissolving some salt is a glass of distilled water and a pinch of baking soda.
